Leadership

Mr. Steinmann is the Superintendent & CEO of The Cleveland Lutheran High School Association. A proud graduate, he credits his CLHSA education with paving the path to a successful and rewarding career in educational ministry. Mr. Steinmann served as a teacher and Principal of Lutheran East for over a decade before taking on the district-level role of Superintendent & CEO.

As Assistant Superiendent, Mr. Gray manages a wide variety of aspects of the operations and vision of The CLHSA and its schools, including enrollment, alumni relations, event planning and execution, faculty and staff, community and church outreach, and more.

Mrs. Dimitrijevs is a financial professional and manages the fiscal areas of operation for The CLHSA and its schools.

Mrs. Fenske is the Accounts Payable and Payroll Manager. She guides all employees in the realm of Human Resources needs, as well as handles all of the payments made by the organization.

Mrs. Gonska is the Office Manager and Lunch Program Coordinator at The CLHSA. As a former Lutheran West parent, she knows the value of a faith-based education and enjoys working with the faculties, staffs, and students at each school.

Mrs. Koza serves The CLHSA as its Director of Development. She forges and fosters relationships with all those who wish to give back to our schools and help us continue our mission through the gifts of their time, talent, and treasure. She enjoys working with each friend and donor of The CLHSA and its schools to determine the giving opportunities that best suit them. Additionally, she oversees a variety of alumni- and donor-related events throughout each year.
